Bassendean Wellness Clinic

This clinic caters for patients who have been involved in workers compensation or motor vehicle accidents. While we acknowledge the complications with such cases and the necessary time needed to attend to the paper works involved, we are happy to provide our patients with the utmost support as indicated in our vision.

This clinic is proud to be registered with the Department of Veteran Affairs and hence is able to provide services to our veterans.

Bassendean Wellness Clinic recognises the privacy rights of the individuals. Therefore, no part or whole of patient records will be distributed, copied or shared for the purposes of third party marketing or data harvesting.

Requests for individual patient records will not be entertained unless it is accompanied by authority provided by the patient or the legal guardian / parent for a child below 18 years of age.

No patient files / records will leave our locked premises without the direct approval of the patient in question.

There is abundance of parking available for our patients at the rear of the premises. There are also spaces available in front of the clinic. The parking is free and there is no limit on duration of the parking.

Our patients who travel on trains need to board the Midland line trains and alight at Bassendean station (9th station from Perth) and take a walk for roughly 5 minutes on Old Perth road to approach the clinic. We are located opposite the Bassendean Shopping Centre almost at the corner of West road and Old Perth road. You will not miss us!

There are also buses, which bring you close to our clinic. Depending on which direction you are travelling, the Buses number 55 (from the City to Old Perth Road) and number 333 (from Midland to Guildford Road) should bring you to our location.
